General Terms of Use

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Use are intended to define the terms and conditions of use of the Planoree platform, published by Vedisee SRL, a Belgian company registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0716.960.454 (hereinafter the "Publisher"). The Service is accessible via the website planoree.app and the iOS and Android mobile applications (hereinafter the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety.

Article 2 - Definitions

• User: any natural person accessing the Service, whether or not they have an account
• Organizer: a user who has created an event on the platform
• Guest: a user who has joined an event via an invitation or an access code
• Content: any information, text, photo, message, or data published on the Service by a user
• Sub-event: an individual activity within a main event (e.g., ceremony, cocktail reception, reception)

Article 3 - Access to the Service

3.1 Registration

Access to certain features of the Service requires the creation of a user account. Registration is free and can be completed via email or through Google and Apple authentication services.

3.2 Age Requirements

The Service is intended for persons aged at least 16 years. Minors under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of their legal guardian.

3.3 Availability

Planoree endeavors to ensure the availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

Article 4 - User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Respect other users and their privacy
• Not publish any illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the Service
• Not use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Not collect other users' data without their consent

Article 5 - User Content

5.1 Ownership

The user retains ownership of the content they publish on the Service. By publishing content, the user grants Planoree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purposes of operating the Service.

5.2 Moderation

Planoree reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with these Terms of Use, without prior notice or compensation. Event organizers may also moderate content published within their events.

Article 6 - Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Plans

The Service offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscriptions (Starter and Premium) providing extended features.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the App Store (iOS), the Google Play Store (Android), or our web payment system. Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes.

6.3 Cancellation

The user may cancel their subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.

6.4 In-App Purchases (Apple App Store)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on their device after purchase.

6.5 In-App Purchases (Google Play Store)

Payment will be charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Google Play Store app > Menu > Subscriptions.

6.6 Web Payments (Creem)

Web payments are processed securely by Creem, our third-party payment processor. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on planoree.app or via the link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

Article 7 - Intellectual Property

The Planoree brand, logo, design, source code, and all elements constituting the Service are the exclusive property of Planoree. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.

Article 8 - Personal Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 - Liability

9.1 Liability of Planoree

Planoree uses reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the Service. Planoree is not liable for content published by users or for indirect damages related to the use of the Service.

9.2 Liability of the User

The user is solely responsible for their use of the Service and for the content they publish. The user shall indemnify Planoree against any third-party claims related to their content or their use of the Service.

Article 10 - Suspension and Termination

Planoree reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, without prior notice or compensation. The user may delete their account at any time from their profile settings.

Article 11 - Amendments to the Terms of Use

Planoree reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after such amendments constitutes acceptance.

Article 12 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 13 - Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Failure by Planoree to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
