1. Acceptance of Terms

Planoree is a service operated by Vedisee SRL, a company registered in Belgium under number BE 0716.960.454. By accessing or using the Planoree platform, including the website at planoree.app and the mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Planoree provides an event management platform that allows users to:

Create and manage events with subevents and timelines
Invite guests and manage RSVPs
Share photos through collaborative galleries
Communicate via event-specific messaging
Track attendance through check-in features
Collect and view event reviews

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to content you submit to the Service, including photos, messages, posts, and event information ("User Content").

5.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant Planoree a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except as described in Section 5.4.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

5.4 Shared Event Content

Photos, videos, and other content uploaded to shared event galleries become part of the collective event record available to all event participants. Upon account deletion, your personal information (name, email, profile) will be permanently removed. However, content contributed to shared event galleries will remain accessible to other event participants in anonymized form, with no attribution to your former account. This ensures that shared memories remain available to all participants who contributed to and relied on the event gallery. If you wish to remove specific content before deleting your account, you may do so from within the app.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Plans

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher limits for events, guests, and photo storage.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment processor. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

6.4 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the respective app store or payment processor. For web purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

6.5 In-App Purchases (Apple App Store)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on their device after purchase.

6.6 In-App Purchases (Google Play Store)

Payment will be charged to your Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Google Play Store app > Menu > Subscriptions.

6.7 Web Payments (Creem)

Web payments are processed securely by Creem, our third-party payment processor. Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on planoree.app or via the link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Upload spam, malware, or malicious content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the Service
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages

8. Intellectual Property

The Planoree name, logo, design, source code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Planoree. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Planoree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planoree and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
